PURPOSE: An open loop modulation method which detects a pulse-width-modulation(PWM) pulse and a system thereof are provided to prevent converter output voltage perturbation by skipping a narrow PWM pulse.;CONSTITUTION: A latch network latches an assertion of a pulse control signal and provides a latched control pulse display. A comparator(403) is arranged to provide the latched control pulse display and input data connected to a capacitor. An output detection network detects the initiation of an output pulse and provides an output pulse display. A timing network resets the latched control pulse display after finishing a delay time period in response to the output pulse display. A pulse control logic device concludes the output pulse when the pulse control signal is denied and the latched control pulse display is reset regardless a kind of final display.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
