PURPOSE: An ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic probe device for preventing detection fault due to the deformation of a plate are provided to minimize the abrasion of a head due to the deformation of a plate and enable ultrasonic detection with corresponding to the deformation of the plate by including a movable unit which can move a body vertically.;CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic probe(100) for preventing detection fault due to the deformation of a plate comprises a magnetic head(110), a body(120), and an actuator(130). The magnetic head is made of magnetic material to enable ultrasonic detection with contacting the lower surface of a slab. The body is formed on the lower part of the magnetic head.
