PURPOSE: A method for refining extra-low-carbon steel is provided to secure low final carbon content of molten steel, thereby improving the decarburization speed without burden to a vacuum degassing device.;CONSTITUTION: A method for refining extra-low-carbon steel comprises the steps of: transferring molten steel in a ladle(10) to a vacuum degassing device(20), blowing reflux gas into a reflux gas line of a riser pipe(21) and activating vacuum, and blowing argon gas into the ladle through a gas inlet(29) formed on the bottom of the ladle in 3 minutes after vacuum activation and implementing decarburization.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
