PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling a water level of a steam generator of a nuclear power plant with an embedded process measurement accuracy compensator are provided to reduce operation costs by increasing the operation efficiency of the nuclear power plant. CONSTITUTION: An external signal(1) and information are saved in a memory(3). A calculator(4) of a PMA(Process Measurement Accuracy) compensator(2) calculates process measurement accuracy by receiving operation information(10). A compensation level is calculated by reflecting the process measurement accuracy to a measured level. The compensation level is transmitted to a water level indicator(5) and a first water level comparator(7). The first water level comparator generates an error signal by comparing the compensation level with the measurement level.
