PURPOSE: An information transmission apparatus and method thereof are provided to reduce uplink signaling overhead by accurately acquiring secondary power in scheduling environment.;CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits CC(Component Carrier) configuration information to a terminal(S1000). The terminal transmits a response message which displays the successful reception of the CC configuration information to the base station(S1005). The terminal or the base station determines a combination CC by using a candidate CC group(S1010).
