PURPOSE: A method of milling the tooth system of a bevel gear in a continuous milling process is provided to ensure the good tooth support pattern or good surface property of a toothed flank and enhance productivity.;CONSTITUTION: A method of milling the tooth system of a bevel gear in a continuous milling process is as follows. The inner convex flanks of a bevel gear are processed by inner cutting edges(18) and continuous first metal cutting by milling is performed using first mechanical setting. The outer concave flanks of the bevel gear are processed by outer cutting edges(17). Continuous second metal cutting by milling is performed using second mechanical setting.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
