DIAGNOSTIC INSTRUMENT, CAPABLE OF DIAGNOSING AN ABNORMALITY OF A FLOW PATH OR A FLOW SENSOR BY A SIMPLE ALGORITHM

PURPOSE: A diagnostic instrument is provided to use a value related to an integral time of a measured flow rate value as an inspection value so that the inspection value is diminished when a sensor unit is obstructed.;CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic instrument a flow rate control unit(41), an inspection value output unit(42), and a diagnosis unit(43). The flow rate control unit controls an opening of a flow control valve(3) so that a measured flow rate value output by a flow sensor(2) becomes a targeted flow rate value. The inspection value output unit outputs an inspection value related to an integration of the measured flow rate value during a diagnosis period by setting a partial period until the measured flow rate value and the targeted flow rate value are actually become different as the diagnosis period. The diagnosis unit compares the inspection value and reference value set in advance and diagnoses the existence related to an abnormality with respect to the flow sensor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
