PURPOSE: A motion-decoupled cable driving apparatus is provided to maintain a moving pulley on a neutral position even under external force or damage through a rack gear rod and first and second pinion gears.;CONSTITUTION: A motion-decoupled cable driving apparatus comprises a driving unit, a first link arm(120), a second link arm(130), a terminal unit, a cable compensating unit, and a driving cable(170). The driving unit comprises a driving motor and a driving pulley. One end of the first link arm is coupled to the driving unit. The second link arm is jointed to the other end of the first link arm and is rotated. The terminal unit is coupled to the second link arm.
