DIGITAL FILTER FOR RECONFIGURING FREQUENCIES HAVING VARIOUS BAND PASS CHARACTERISTICS BY VARYING VERY LITTLE PARAMETERS AND AN EQUALIZER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A digital filter for re-configuring frequencies and an equalizer using the same are provided to change a band passing characteristic through the simple change of a parameter by using a closed-form response at a time domain in a specific band.;CONSTITUTION: An up sampling unit(400) improves a model filter characteristic by applying a sampling kernel. A multi image forming unit(402) generates a multi image corresponding to a plurality of pass bands for an up-sampled model filter response. A multi complimentary image forming unit(404) generates a plurality of multi complimentary images in a frequency domain opposed to the pass band of the multi image for the up-sampled model filter response. An image response operation unit(406) calculates responses for a selected image or the complimentary image. A filter response operation unit(408) calculates a final filter response by adding up an image response for each selected image.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
