PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a nanofiber for bone regeneration using biopolymers containing gelatin-apatite is provided to ensure excellent mechanical property and biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a nanofiber for bone regeneration using biopolymers containing gelatin-apatite comprises: a step of preparing gelatin-apatite sol in which apatite precipitate is dispersed in gelatin; a step of freeze-drying the gelatin-apatite sol; a step of mixing the gelatin-apatite with the biopolymers in organic solvent to prepare gelatin-apatite and biopolymers; and a step of electrospinning. The biopolymers include polylactide, coliglycolide, polycaprolactone, polylactide-glycolide copolymers, poly lactide-caprolactone copolymers, poly glycolide-caprolactone copolymer or mixture thereof.
