PURPOSE: A gamer server, system, and method thereof are provided to activate donation culture by enabling a user to naturally donate a game result.;CONSTITUTION: A level management unit(210) manages a game character or levels of a fosterage item. A quest unit(220) provides quests for the fosterage items. A result conversion unit(230) changes the result of the fosterage item into an exchange item. A donation request reception unit(240) receives a donation request signal by using the exchange item from a user terminal.
