APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING COLOR IMAGE QUALITY IN WAVELET DOMAIN

摘要

PURPOSE: a kind of device is used to improve the quality of color image, provides one kind in wavelet field and reduces wavelet transform coefficients to correct based on the high frequency band in local variance and entropy. ;CONSTITUTION: input picture is divided into fringe region and flat site using alpha map by image division unit (110). Plane domain processing unit (120) reduces noise, uses wavelet shrinkage in flat site. Marginal zone processing unit (130) reduces the method that noise edge region is eliminated using the adaptive noise of entropy.
