PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cluster shaped aluminum doped zinc oxide particle is provided to enhance visible light transmission rate and ultraviolet ray/infrared ray blocking rate.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cluster shaped aluminum doped zinc oxide particle comprises the following steps: reacting an aluminum precursor and a zinc oxide precursor by using a water-soluble polyol solvent; synthesizing an aluminum doped zinc oxide particle(s10); filtering the synthesized aluminum doped zinc oxide particle(s20); washing the filtered aluminum doped zinc oxide particle(s30); and drying the washed aluminum doped zinc oxide particle(s40). The synthesis in step s10 is processed under a higher pressure than the atmospheric pressure and in an autoclave. A reaction pressure of the step s10 is 1psig or greater. The step s10 is operated at 12-190deg.C for 5-24 hours.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
