PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a phosphatidyl choline composition is provided to extract natural phosphatidyl choline with high purity in which the content of unsaturated fatty acid is very high from the by-products of marine products.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a phosphatidyl choline composition comprises: a step of putting the by-products of marine products into an extraction bath(10), and removing non-polar lipids from the by-products by supplying a compressed non-polar solvent to the extraction bath; a step of extracting phospholipids from the by-products by supplying a polar solvent to the extraction bath; a step of transferring the phospholipids to a reactor(30) in which an adsorbent is put; and a step of selectively extracting phosphatidyl choline by using the differential retention time on the adsorbent according to the adsorption coefficient difference between components included in the phospholipids as the phospholipids pass through the adsorbent.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
