摘要

PURPOSE: Polyelectrolyte nanocomposite membranes for direct methanol fuel cell are provided to have excellent proton conductivity and ion exchange capacity, and to reduce methanol crossover. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyelectrolyte nanocomposite membranes for direct methanol fuel cell comprise: a step of putting octaphenyl silsesquioxane into chlorosulfonic acid, and mixing the materials; a step of obtaining sulfonated silsesquioxane(13) by drying the mixture; a step of mixing the outcome by putting sulfonated silsesquioxane into polymer solution for forming an ion exchange membrane; a step of spreading the mixture solution formed in previous step on a flat plate; and a step of obtaining polymer electrolyte composite membrane(10) by evaporating solvent from the mixture.
