PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to install a buffer layer between a light emitting layer and an electron transport layer, thereby preventing damage of the electron transport layer.;CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(114) is formed on a substrate(112). A hole transport layer(118) is formed on the first electrode. A light emitting layer(120) is formed on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer(122) is formed on the light emitting layer. A second electrode(126) is formed on the electron transport layer.
