PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing sintered fines is provided to improve the surface strength of a blended raw material by supplying furnace slag to the surface of the raw material, thereby preventing unsintered ores due to surface cracks.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing sintered fines comprises a slag crusher(60) which pulverizes furnace slag into fines and a slag storage hopper(70) which is installed between a charging hopper(20) and an ignition furnace(50) of a sintering machine to receive the pulverized furnace slag from the slag crusher and sprinkle the furnace slag to the surface of a blended raw material for sintering when a sintering carriage(10) storing the blended raw material advances.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
