PURPOSE: A blocking plate device of a launcher and a launching system having the same are provided to close to the ground even in inclined launching site by rotating a blocking plate at certain angle.;CONSTITUTION: A blocking plate device of a launcher(200) comprises a support plate assembly(210), a blocking plate assembly(220), and a rotating unit. The support plate assembly has a support plate and a guide slot. The blocking plate assembly has a blocking plate and a guide pin. The blocking plate is arranged adjacently to the rear end of a projectile in order to block slipstream. The guide pin is mounted on the blocking plate and is inserted in the guide slot. The rotating unit is rotatably installed in the guide slot. In order that the guide pin is slid while the blocking plate is rotating at preset angle, the rotating unit is interlocked with the rotation of the blocking plate to be rotated from a first state for blocking the guide slot to a second state for opening the guide slot.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
