PURPOSE: A heat exchange panel equipped with multiple pipes and a condenser for white plume reduction or water recovery are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and to increase condenser productivity by easily coupling heat exchange panels to form a condenser, thereby facilitating installation and assembly of the condenser regardless of installation conditions.;CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange panel equipped with multiple pipes is installed in a discharge path of gas containing steam and forms steam-containing gas flow channels(123) and a condensed air flow channel(113). The heat exchange panel comprises multiple pipe elements which are arranged in parallel. One side of the pipe elements is recessed and the other side is protruded. The pipe elements are coupled to other heat exchange panels to form a condensed air flow channel in pipe parts made by the pipe elements. The steam-containing gas flow channel is formed in the outside of the pipe parts Connecting protrusions are formed on the exterior of the pipe elements.
