PURPOSE: A U(Ubiquitus)-service method and a system thereof are provided to determine the generation of complex condition event generation and to presume a generation area of the complex condition event in a GIS(Geographic Information System). CONSTITUTION: A distance between single condition events is calculated from each generation coordinate(S20). The calculated distance is inspected whether to satisfy an effective distance condition which is included on a rule set data table(S29). A center point between single condition events is estimated in an alarm area(S32-S39). The estimated areas are expressed in GIS.
