PURPOSE: An optical fiber probe for measuring pH of a cooling system of an atomic power plant and a pH measuring system using the same are provided to accurately measure under a circumstance of high pressures and high temperatures by preventing a deterioration of a pH reactant caused by fluid because the pH reactant is impregnated within a pH reaction film having the good durability. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber probe for measuring pH of a cooling system of an atomic power plant comprises an optical fiber(110), a protective tube(120), a waterproof film(140), a pH reaction film(142), and a cap(130). The optical fiber The optical fiber is composed of a core and cladding, thereby transmitting lights. The protective tube surrounds a portion of the outer circumference of the optical fiber where being inserted into a fluid channel. The waterproof film is connected to an end part of the optical fiber exposed from the protective tube, thereby sealing the inner part of the protective tube. The pH reactant is impregnated to a pH reaction film. The pH reactant reacts to fluid so that color is changed according to the pH of the fluid.
