AN ABRASIVE BLASTING APPARATUS FOR DECONTAMINATING THE INNER SURFACE OF CONTAMINATED BUNDLE TUBES IN STEAM GENERATOR

PURPOSE: An abrasive spraying apparatus for decontaminating an inner surface of a contaminated tube bundle of a steam generator is provided to efficiently remove contaminated radionuclides from an inconel tube. CONSTITUTION: A spraying nozzle(11) sprays abrasive to the inner surface of an inconel tube. A protection room(12) induces the abrasive after the inner side of the inconel tube is decontaminated. A cyclone(13) generates negative pressure to move the abrasive to the protection room. A storage tank(15) reuses the abrasive after the abrasive collected by the cyclone is stored. A dust collector(16) collects and removes inconel dust and abrasive dust. A control plate(17) controls the operation of an apparatus.
