PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing composite side beams and bogie frames produced by hand layup is provided to reduce manufacturing time by rotating base structural materials to stack composite prepregs without a crane. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing composite side beams and bogie frames produced by hand layup comprises first and second panels(110,120) and first and second supporters(140,150). Both ends of base structural materials for composite side beams and bogie frames are supported on the first and second panels. The first and second panels are installed at a regular interval, and the first panel is freely rotated on the first supporter. A first motor(152) rotating a third panel is installed in the second supporter.
