COMPLETE COMBUSTION APPARATUS OF COMBUSTIBLE WASTES, CAPABLE OF RE-BURNING ASHES AND GAS IN A COMBUSTION CHAMBER

PURPOSE: A complete combustion apparatus of combustible wastes is provided to repetitively burn incompletely burned gas produced during combustion of waste and combustible waste, thereby removing smoke gas at an exhaust vent.;CONSTITUTION: A complete combustion apparatus of combustible wastes comprises a combustor and a reduction tank(110). The combustor comprises a placing part(52), an outer bottom which is extended from the inner bottom of the placing part to the outer wall of the combustor, an air chamber(68) which is provided with air from the inner and outer bottom through blowers(42,48) and supplies air to through holes of the inner and outer bottom, a main injection column(70) which is connected to a through hole of a second outer bottom, a perforated column(98) which absorbs the gas of burnt waste by turbulence caused by injection from a nozzle of the main injection column, a heat treatment pipe(38) which provides heat to an empty space(11) between the inner and outer walls(12,13) of the combustor, and an exhaust part which discharges the heat provided from the heat treatment pipe to outside. The reduction tank is connected to a connecting pipe(100) drawing in incompletely burned gas to gradually reduce incompletely burnt gas and return the gas to the combustor again.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
