TIN-OXIDE-CELLULOSE NANOCOMPOSITE WITH EXCELLENT BIODEGRADABILITY, BIOSUITABILITY, AND ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVITY, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PURPOSE: A hybrid nanocomposite is provided to maintain biodegradability, biosuitability, low cost, manufacturability, and flexibility of recycled cellulose, and to improve electric conductivity and optical properties by adding tin oxide.;CONSTITUTION: A tin oxide-cellulose nanocomposite comprises a recycled cellulose film, and a tin oxide coating layer consisting of tin oxide nanoparticles, formed on the recycled cellulose film. The tin oxide coating layer is continuously formed on the surface of the recycled cellulose film and inside the surface. A manufacturing method of the nanocomposite comprises a step of preparing the recycled cellulose film, and a step of forming tin oxide coating layer consisting of tin oxide nanoparticles on the recycled cellulose film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
