FUNCTIONAL POLYURETHANE FILM CONTAINING METAL PHTHALOCYANINE DERIVATIVES AND ALUMINUM-DOPED ZINC OXIDE NANORODS, HAVING EXCELLENT DEODORIZATION AND ULTRAVIOLET RAY SHIELDING ABILITY, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A functional polyurethane film is provided to have UV blocking property, antistatic property, deodorizing property and skin irritation releasing property at the same time, and to be easily manufactured.;CONSTITUTION: A functional polyurethane film is obtained by casting polyurethane resin mixture solution on a substrate. A manufacturing method of the polyurethane film comprises: a step of manufacturing the polyurethane resin mixed solution; a step of casting the polyurethane resin mixed solution on a substrate; and a step of evaporating organic solvent through multi-step drying. The polyurethane resin mixed solution comprises 0.1-5.0 parts by weight of a cross linker, 40-80 parts by weight of an organic solvent, 0.01-10.0 parts by weight of metal phthalocyanine derivatives, and 0.1-20.0 parts by weight of aluminum-doped zinc oxide nanorods, on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of a polyurethane resin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
