PURPOSE: An ultrasound wave-based vaporizing sterilizer using a piezoelectric type vibrator is provided to prevent the remaining of residual chemical due to additional evaporation and photolysis by depositing chemical on bacteria to be sterilized.;CONSTITUTION: Piezoelectric type ceramic vibrators(8, 8') are installed at both sides of vaporization generators(4, 5). Chemical is filtered through internal filters(12, 12') when the chemical is scattered based on ultrasound wave. Blowers(9. 9') transfer vaporized chemical, which is vaporized in the vaporization generators, to spraying pipes(11, 11'). Chemical containers(6, 7) are in connection with the vaporization generators. Chemical level adjusting meters(13, 13', 14, 14') are arranged in the chemical containers to adjust the injection of the chemical.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
