PURPOSE: An automatic closing control device of a vehicle trunk is provided to automatically close a trunk lid in case of a car starts with the opening of a trunk lid without the direct operation of a driver.;CONSTITUTION: An automatic closing control device of a vehicle trunk comprises a trunk lid sensing unit(1), a wheel sensing unit(2), a control unit(3), a trunk driving unit(4). The trunk lid sensing unit detects the opening of a trunk lid(5) and transfers to the control unit. The wheel sensing unit detects the rotation of a wheel and transfers to the control unit. The control unit controls the trunk lid to be closed through trunk driving unit in case of the information of the opening of a trunk lid and rotation of a wheel.
