PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of gel composition is provide to separate to serum components and corpuscle components at centrifugation, thereby offering gel composition without being damaged from pressure.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of gel composition comprises: a step of manufacturing a monomer mixture by mixing styrene monomer to alkyl acrylate; a step of mixing to uniform phase by adding t-butylperoxy 2-ethylhexanoate as a reaction initiator to heated toluene; a step of conducting reaction by dropping the monomer composition, conducting reflux reaction by adding toluene and 2,2'-azobis isobutyronitrile, and obtaining an acryl copolymer resin by removing solvent; and a step of adding a rheology control agent, and conducting vacuum deaeration.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
