PURPOSE: A multilateral situation information sharing apparatus for an intelligent service and method thereof are provided to offer preference information to group users by analyzing situation information of multiple purposes user groups.;CONSTITUTION: A user situation information management apparatus(260) collects situation information based on a sensor and preference information based on user actions including user log information of each terminal. The user situation information management apparatus identifies purpose user groups by receiving situation information collecting requests for a purpose user group.
