PURPOSE: A micro-speaker is provided to obtain high resistance to power by serving as a dome of a vibration plate through a central portion integrally formed in a suspension.;CONSTITUTION: A lower portion of a frame(10) is combined with a yoke(70). A top end portion of the frame is combined with a cover(80) having a plurality of air holes(82). An edge portion of the suspension(60) and a vibration plate body(50), which is a rim portion, is combined between the top end portion and the cover of the frame. The air holes of the cover emit generated acoustic sounds to the outside. A yoke is made of a material having magnetism. A permanent magnet(30) is made of a disc shaped member at the center and a ring shaped flat member around the center. The permanent magnet is fixed to a floor side of the yoke.
