PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing low molecular red ginseng amino sugar is provided to improve stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a large amount of low molecular red ginseng amino sugar comprises: a step of dispersing red ginseng into water and extracting at 60-80C for 24 hours; a step of centrifuging the extract to prepare red ginseng extract; a step of concentrating and filtering the extract; a step of stirring ethanol with the concentrate; a step of settling to form precipitate; a step of filtering and centrifuging the precipitate; and a step of centrifuging and filtering the supernatant.
