PURPOSE: A tread member for manufacturing vehicle tires is provided to secure optimal characteristic with respect to the various condition of roads according to the material characteristic of treads, the ground parts of the tires.;CONSTITUTION: A tread member for manufacturing vehicle tires includes a winter season rubber composition part(1) and a summer season rubber composition part(2). The rubber composition parts are mechanically combined. The mechanical combination of the rubber composition parts is the combination of columnar alternating lamination. A winter season rubber composition pillar and a summer season rubber composition pillar are capable of being inserted into the rubber composition parts. The ratio of the summer season rubber composition part is higher than the ratio of the winter season rubber composition part in an outside part.
