PURPOSE: An industrial heat pump system using carbon dioxide refrigerants and a performance evaluation method are provided to optimize a design of the heat pump system by improving cooling-heating performances and characteristics of a cycle according to charged refrigerant Amount.;CONSTITUTION: An industrial heat pump system using carbon dioxide refrigerants comprises a refrigerant circulation loop unit, a first circulation loop unit for heat source water, a second circulation loop unit for the heat source water. The refrigerant circulation loop unit comprises a sealed compressor(10), a gas cooler(20), liquid receiver(30), a mass flow meter(40), an expansion valve(50) and an evaporator(60). The first circulation loop unit for the heat source water comprises the gas cooler, a first water flow meter and a first thermostat(24).
