PURPOSE: A method for detecting an ultra low magnetic field nuclear magnetic resonance myocardial electric activity and an ultra low magnetic field nuclear magnetic resonance device are provided to accurately detect a lesion of a heart by matching a resonant frequency of a proton around the myocardium and a frequency of the change of a myocardial magnetic field due to an abnormal electric activity.;CONSTITUTION: An object is arranged near a high sensitive magnetic measuring unit in a magnetic shielding unit(S110). An object is previously magnetized by using a prior magnetization unit(S120). An external measurement bias magnetic field corresponding to a proton magnetic resonant frequency corresponding to a frequency of a periodical myocardial activity of a lesion of the object is provided(S140).
