PURPOSE: A magnesium alloy sheet with high formability at room temperature and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the elongation and formability by pulverizing crystal grains through post heat treatment and controlling volume fraction.;CONSTITUTION: A magnesium alloy sheet with high formability at room temperature comprises Zn(Zinc) of 1-10wt.%, Ca(Calcium) of 0.1-5wt.%, and magnesium and inevitable impurities of the remaining amount.
