PURPOSE: A small coil insertion device is provided to conveniently insert a small coil into a payoff reel by lifting the small coil using a moving sloping wedge.;CONSTITUTION: A small coil insertion device(100) comprises a declined fixed sloping unit(110) on the top thereof, a moving sloping wedge(120) which has a top surface parallel to the ground surface to receive a small coil(10) and lifts the small coil by sliding on the fixed sloping unit, a stopper(130) which is formed on one side of the top surface of the moving sloping wedge and supports the small coil, and a driving unit(140) which slides the moving sloping wedge along the top surface of the fixed sloping unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
