PURPOSE: A quantity analyzing system of brain magnetic resonance imaging base is provided to activate a clinical test field by accumulating large scale imagery data through an image matching means capable of selecting a lesion.;CONSTITUTION: A first data loading module(111) changes raw data into bit- map type. A pretreatment module(112) eliminates noise of a recorded image and improves the quality of the image. A standard plate selection module(113) selects an image which is most similar to the image of a patient in a brain standard plate image. A lesion selection module(114) accurately selects an area which is suspected as a lesion.
