FIRING ANGLE BALANCE CONTROL DEVICE AND A HIGH-VOLTAGE DIRECT CURRENT SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME CAPABLE OF REDUCING FIRING ANGLE ADJUSTING TIME

PURPOSE: A firing angle balance control device and a high-voltage direct current system including the same are provided to reduce harmonic waves at a steady state by comparing the gating time of two valves and giving feedback to a valve firing signal.;CONSTITUTION: An AC power source(10) creates AC power. A transformer(20) boosts AC power created in the AC power source according to a transformation ratio and outputs the AC power. A converter(30) changes the AC power into DC power. A current measurement unit(40) measures a direct current. A firing angle balance control device(100) supplies firing pulses to a thyristor included in the converter. The firing angle balance control device measures the interval of the firing pulses and calculates a pulse error between the measured intervals of the firing pulses and sets intervals for the firing pulses.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
