PURPOSE: A non-response area configurable touch screen system is provided to reduce malfunctions and fatigue degrees of a hand by configuring a non-response area of a touch screen.;CONSTITUTION: A touch screen(110) displays plural soft buttons. The touch screen receives the input information of a user. A processor(130) contacts to the touch screen. The processor releases and establishes a non-response area for the touch screen based on the input information.
