PURPOSE: A chamber for temporarily storing ocean minerals is provided to increase the amount of ocean minerals received therein by discharging sweater flowing into the chamber to the outside using a drain pump.;CONSTITUTION: A chamber for temporarily storing ocean minerals comprises a main body(40a), a ballast tank(40b), and a drain pump(44). The main body has an inner space. The ballast tank is formed on the external wall of the main body.
