The wind turbine blades have a plate-like structure with a substantially fin-shaped surface. The turbine blade includes a wind receiving side 1a consisting of a base part 100, a base concave-shaped wind receiving part 101, a concave-shaped wind receiving part 102, and a wind streaming side 1b of a parabolic convex-shaped surface corresponding to a back of the wind receiving side, a base end 1a1 of the wind receiving side and the connecting side comprising an inverse-parabolic concave-shaped connecting part 104 to connect it to the base part 1b1 of the wind streaming side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
