PURPOSE: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition, patterns using the same, a color filter including the same, and a method for manufacturing the color filter are provided to improve the resolution of the patterns.;CONSTITUTION: A colored photos resin composition, patterns using the same, a color filter including the same, and a method for manufacturing the color filter includes a coloring agent, a resin, a photo-polymerizable compound, a compound represented by chemical formula 1, and a solvent. The ethylenically unsaturated bond number of the photo-polymerizable compound is more than or equal to 7, and the acid value of the photo-polymerizable compound is less than 20mgKOH/g. In chemical formula 1, R1 to R3 are respectively C1 to C4 alkyl groups or C1 to C4 alkoxy groups; l, m, and n are respectively the integer of 0 to 3; a plurality of R1s is identical or different if l is the integer of 2 or more; a plurality of R2s is identical or different if m is the integer of 2 or more; and a plurality of R3s is identical or different if n is the integer of 2 or more.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
