PURPOSE: A closed circuit camera system and an implementing method thereof are provided to obtain a clear image of a subject by using a narrow lens and a wide lens. CONSTITUTION: A DVR unit is connected to a narrow angle lens unit(10) and a wide angle lens unit(20). The DVR unit processes an image which is photographed from the narrow angle lens unit and the wide angle lens unit. A control unit inputs subject motion information which is processed from the DVR unit. The control unit transfers an electric signal in order for the light to be scanned from the light emitting unit.
