摘要

PURPOSE: A detachable cockpit module clamping bracket and a cockpit module assembling method using the same are provided to secure coupling convenience by fixing a cockpit module temporally through inserting a coupling pin into the hole of a body bracket.;CONSTITUTION: A detachable cockpit module clamping bracket(100) comprises a mainframe(110), a sub-frame(120), and a guide unit(130). The main frame is coupled with the side portion of a cowl side mounting bracket for lifting a cockpit module by a robot arm. The mainframe is separated from the cowl side mounting bracket after the completion of the coupling of a vehicle body and the cockpit module. The sub-frame is extended and bent from one end of the main frame for preventing the deformation of the main frame due to the load generated while lifting the cockpit module. The guide unit is protruded outward from the back side of the sub-frame for supplying a reference point for coupling the cockpit module to a vehicle body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
