PURPOSE: A blower for an air conditioner is provided to multiply a discharging air volume by enlarging a sectional area of a flow path in an outlet side of a scroll type flow path and to reduce a noise generation.;CONSTITUTION: A blower for an air conditioner comprises a centrifugal fan and fan housing. The fan housing covers the centrifugal fan and forms a scroll type flow path in which a sectional area is changed. The scroll type flow path guides air sent by the centrifugal fan to an outlet side. A bottom plane(23) of the scroll type flow path is inclined so that a bottom thickness is gradually reduced as approaching closely to a spot where the scroll type flow path is ended and gradually increased along a straight line connecting to an opposite outer side of the scroll type flow path by passing through the center of the centrifugal fan from the spot where a thickness of a bottom is minimized.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
