SUN VISOR FOR A VEHICLE TO PREVENT THE CLEARANCE BETWEEN A PIVOT ARM AND A CLAMP THROUGH REDUCING FRICTION BY SUPPORTING THE PIVOT ARM WITH A LEAF SPRING

PURPOSE: A sun visor is provided to prevent the drooping of a sun visor and the partial wear of a pivot arm through pushing the pivot arm by constant force through forming elastic portion in the three spots of the both sides of a leaf spring.;CONSTITUTION: A sun visor comprises a clamp(100) and a bracket. A pivot arm installed in a vehicle room to be rotated passes through a clamp. The clamp is coupled with the bracket. The clamp comprises a cover(110) and a leaf spring(120). The cover supports the pivot arm. The lower portion of the leaf spring is fixed and the upper portion supports the pivot arm elastically. The leaf spring comprises a supporting part(121) and a first, second, and third elastic members(122, 123, 124). The supporting part is moved upward and downward and supports the pivot arm. The first, second, and third elastic members are curved downward continuously. The end part of the third elastic member is free end.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
