PURPOSE: A surface treatment agent composition and a sheet which is surface-treated with the composition are provided to have high glossy effect and to enable a curve formation. CONSTITUTION: A surface treatment agent comprises a base material part which includes iso-butylated melamine resin, acrylic denatured polyester polyol, dimethyl polysiloxane, and solvent, and a hardener part which includes p-toluene sulfonic acid and solvent as a hardening catalyst agent. The solvent included in the base material part is one selected from methyl ethyl ketone, toluene, and a mixture thereof, and methanol. The solvent included in the hardener part is one selected from isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, and a mixture thereof. A sheet which is surface-treated with the composition comprises a surface-treated layer(1), a transparent film(2), a printing layer(3), and a printing film(4).
