PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image formation panel device which is comprised of a focus variable type micro-fluidity lens array using an electro-wetting phenomenon is provided to diffuse or collect light emitted from each pixel using an electrical signal based on near-far information of an original image. CONSTITUTION: A first transparent substrate(100) comprises a first transparent electrode(101). A second transparent substrate(107) comprises a second transparent electrode(106). An insulating film is formed on the upper part of the first transparent electrode. A hydrophobic insulating film(102) is formed on the upper side of the insulating film. A transparent mobility oil(104) is injected between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate. A transparent conductive liquid(105) is injected between the mobility oil and the second transparent substrate.
