STABILIZER CAPABLE OF PROMOTING STABILIZATION OF UNSATURATED HYDROCARBON-BASED PRECURSOR BY LOWERING DECOMPOSITION SPEED OF THE UNSATURATED HYDROCARBON PRECURSOR

PURPOSE: A stabilizer is provided to reduce decomposition speed of unsaturated hydrocarbon precursor, thereby alleviating processing and quality problems caused by unstable precursors.;CONSTITUTION: A stabilizer includes a stabilizer which is selected from unsaturated hydrocarbon-based precursors, hydroxybenzophenone based stabilizer, nitroxyl radical based stabilizer. Here, the unsaturated hydrocarbon-based precursors includes one or more of unsaturated bicyclic hydrocarbon which has chemical formula 1: CnH(2n-(2+2x)). The hydroxybenzophenone based stabilizer has a structure represented by chemical formula 2, and the nitroxyl radical based stabilizer has a structure represented by chemical formula 3. In the chemical formula 1, x indicates a number in unsaturated site and n indicates 4-14. Number of carbon at the bicyclic structures are 4-12.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
